RETURNS
The return can be made within 14 days from the purchase. If you want to return any ordered products, please let us know by sending us a filled out return form.
The cost of returning the order to the store is paid for by the Customer.
The filled out form should be returned with the receipt, the order and all additional items sent with the order to this address:

CLAIMS
If the purchased item does not fit your needs, you have a right to make a complaint - claim form.
Your complaint will be will be considered during the period of 14 days. You will be informed about the decision by your e-mail address or your telephone number.
In case of the positive decision about the complaint, the faulty item will be exchanged for a new one or we will remove the defect.
